Chadwick is the founder and CEO of Chilton & Chadwick – Global Real Estate Concierge. He was previously the vice president of a real estate development company in Greenwich, CT. Chadwick  built homes in Greenwich, Manhattan, Malibu, Turks and Caicos, London, Paris and Monaco. In this role he oversaw broker teams in all of these locations in addition to leading art collections and public relations for the firm. Chadwick is also a former elected official, lobbyist and chairman of a Presidential campaign.

Christine brings to her current position an experienced background in advertising, marketing, event planning, and sales - essential skills to be a successful real estate professional.   Her can-do attitude, charisma, enthusiasm,  honesty, integrity and professional customer-first dedication to all her business endeavors makes her a perfect agent to help her clients. Christine was featured as a one of the local women entrepreneurs in Westport Magazine and a Moffly Media "Women of Influence" honoree.

Elizabeth Harrington

Beth is a seasoned and successful art dealer with over 37 years experience in the New York and global markets. She owns and runs her own consultancy, EB Harrington & Co., which offers a full range of art consulting services. Beth's passion is the Hudson River school, but she is also a specialist in post-war, modern and contemporary art. She now offers her services as the head of Chilton's art business in addition to running her own private practice. 

Claudia Tergis

Home Staging & Real Estate

Claudia has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. She discovered a passion for home staging stemming from her interests in color, innovative designs and luxury fabrics and now offers these services to home owners and other real estate professionals. Claudia turns any property in to a chic, stylish and attractive home, which vastly increases the likelihood of a sale at a better price for the homeowner. She obtained designations and certificates for Real Estate Stager, Real Estate Staging for the Professional and a designation as a Home Staging Expert and currently holds her professional membership with the Association of Design Education. She was fortunate to gain extensive training from Connecticut's leading property stylist. Claudia also brings a level of sophisticated internationalism to the table. She speaks German, Spanish and English and has lived in Germany, Mexico and now Westport, CT. 

STEPHEN SHEA

Steve is a 25-year resident of Fairfield County, possessing extensive regional knowledge.  Steve has extensive experience in finance, which he employs for the benefit of his clients.  Whether buying or selling a home, Steve uses a highly analytical approach to evaluating the real estate market, providing his clients with the guidance and strategies needed for their success. 

Steve utilizes in-depth market analysis – assessing developments that can play significant roles in determining the real estate market’s direction, speed, and course changes – to provide his clients with the tools needed to make informed decisions.  For sellers, this means pricing ahead of the market, so as to sell one’s home at the best price and in the desired time frame.  For buyers, it’s realizing the opportunity to own a great house at the best possible price.  Whatever one’s needs, Steve helps his clients stay ahead of the real estate curve. 

Walker Manzke

Walker offers an experienced background in fine art and the hedge fund world. He started his career in art by managing a vast collection of art from a well known private collector and has extensive knowledge of post war contemporary, tribal, folk art, antiques and automobiles. Walker specializes in private blue chip art sales and collection management as well as artist representation. His excitement, enthusiastic attitude, dedication, and adaptability will help with expanding the art and real estate businesses on a global scale.

Karen McKenna

Karen is a seasoned executive with leadership roles at fashion brands such as Calvin Klein, BCBG/Max Azria and DKNY. She led brand marketing, store openings, shop installations and managed a nationwide team of 60+ individuals. Karen now offers her background in leadership, branding and project management to her real estate clients. She is also a seasoned real estate investor herself, with a portfolio of rental properties that ensures she understands the needs not just of everyday buyers, but also of investors in particular. Karen has lived and worked in Manhattan, Southern California and now Greenwich, CT, ensuring that she understands the needs of top-tier clientele. Karen practices real estate in Fairfield County, Westchester County and New York City.

Anna Halynski

Real Estate

Anna was born in Ukraine and is fluent in Ukrainian, Russian and English. Her international background has proven to be a boon for clients as she is easily able to adapt to difficult situations and skillfully negotiate on her clients' behalves. Anna obtained her master's degree in finance and graduated from a to-tier law school. This unique skill set means that clients have a wealth of information and resources at their finger tips. 

Andrew Coffey

VICE PRESIDENT

Real Estate

Andrew was born and raised in Greenwich and after school, chose to continue to call it home. He attended Avon Old Farms and then studied criminal justice and psychology at Pace University. He was a D-2 college athlete, and was an assistant coach both for Bobby Valentine's Sports Academy as well as the Greenwich Cannons. Andrew's training and background in psychology serves his clients well in both marketing and especially in tough negotiations. 

KAYLA SCINTO

Kayla's background in government, politics and business serve as instrumental skills that she can call upon on behalf of her clients. Kayla was instrumental in helping get Chilton & Chadwick off the ground and her background as a champion equine rider means she particularly enjoys working with clients interested in polo and other equestrian properties.
