It’s been a busy week for Greenwich’s exclusive real estate team, Chilton & Chadwick. The company operates under Kinard Realty Group, which celebrated a merge this week that will extend the firm to over 100 agents, add offices in Darien and Shelton, and extend its reach across Westchester, Fairfield, and New Haven counties. Chilton & Chadwick is also approaching a two-year anniversary of operations of its exclusive divisions in Greenwich, including real estate, art advising and acquisition, jewelry acquisition, private jet and yacht chartering, and household staffing. This week, CEO Chadwick Ciocci welcomed Jennifer Rocha to the real estate division, whom he feels will serve the specialized needs of clients facing the challenges of relocation.

Rocha, a New Canaan resident, has lived in six states and relocated her family across the country in 2014 after extensively researching the Fairfield County area. She fell in love with the community, and she still lives there with her two teenagers. She achieved a double bachelor’s in English and Communication & Journalism and opened her first business almost twenty years ago. She brings significant experience in technology, media, and healthcare. She is currently pursuing her second certification in project management, and she writes every day for pleasure.

Rocha said: “I am honored to join Chilton & Chadwick, especially at such an exciting time when the company is expanding in both resources and in services. I love this community, and I am thrilled to be a part of a group that really shares that commitment.”

Ciocci explained: “As we grow, our clients remain meticulous and deserving of the very best representation, so that is always what we recruit here. We represent clients globally, but also across the country. Jennifer has a passion for research and a unique understanding of education, cost-of-living, and culture across the US, and hands-on relocation experience that her clients will truly appreciate.”

“I found my happy place,” Rocha continued. “Sometimes that seems out of reach, but I know it can absolutely be accomplished. That is what drove me to this community, to a career in real estate, and to this team.”
