Chadwick is the founder and CEO of Chilton & Chadwick – Global Real Estate Concierge. He was previously the vice president of a real estate development company in Greenwich, CT. Chadwick built homes in Greenwich, Manhattan, Malibu, Turks and Caicos, London, Paris and Monaco. In this role he oversaw broker teams in all of these locations in addition to leading art collections and public relations for the firm. Chadwick is also a former elected official, lobbyist and chairman of a Presidential campaign.
Linda Bruno – a 20-year resident of Greenwich, CT – is the Executive Vice President of resorts, villas, private islands, ranches and mixed-use developments. She joins the team with years of experience and an enviable reputation of market positioning of independent boutique hotels, resorts, spas, villa communities and ranches in the United States and the Caribbean. She provides marketing services with respect to pre-opening development, positioning, branding, market studies / audits, owner advisory and creative direction.
Her signature projects include Meadowood – Napa Valley, Post Ranch Inn – Big Sur, Sundance – Utah, San Ysidro Ranch – Montecito, Ranch at Rock Creek – Montana, Hotel Jerome – Aspen, Cavallo Point – Sausalito, Allison Inn & Spa – Oregon, Round Hill – Jamaica and Cousteau Fiji Islands Resort. Additionally, Ms. Bruno was responsible for marketing the private island of Mustique’s 75 villa portfolio across 10 countries (USA, Canada, UK & Europe) over a 12 year tenure. Recent projects include an eco-lodge on St. John, USVI and a glamping project in St. Lucia.
Angus Beavers is an entrepreneur, real estate developer and tech executive who now offers his diverse background and skill set to real estate clients in Connecticut and New York. Angus started his career in hospitality; he was the co-founder of the Surf Club in Manhattan as well as the Zulu Lounge and the Renaissance Supper Club. His clients included Madonna, Mick Jagger and Andy Warhol. Angus has not only developed films with Francis Ford Coppola and Drew Barrymore but has also developed and sold real estate in the Caribbean as well as Park City, Alta and Deer Valley.
Steve is a 25-year resident of Fairfield County, possessing extensive regional knowledge. Steve has extensive experience in finance, which he employs for the benefit of his clients. Whether buying or selling a home, Steve uses a highly analytical approach to evaluating the real estate market, providing his clients with the guidance and strategies needed for their success.

Aleksandr Tropp is an accomplished product manager who made his professional career advising institutional clients in finance how to leverage technology in their practice. He led the charge at Fidelity Investments with product innovations for client onboarding solutions to create scale and efficiency while taking the guesswork out of regulatory compliance.
David draws on his experience in real estate law and investing to provide clients with a full range of services during their real estate transaction. As a real estate lawyer David has closed deals ranging from single family homes in upstate New York to Manhattan high-rises. David now looks forward to offering his services to clients and ensuring that all of their real estate needs are met. David lives in New York’s beautiful Hudson Valley with his wife and two young children.
Andrew was born and raised in Greenwich, CT and after school chose to continue to call it home. He attended Avon Old Farms and then studied criminal justice and psychology at Pace University. He was a D-2 college athlete and was an assistant coach both for Bobby Valentine's Sports Academy as well as the Greenwich Cannons. Andrew's training and background in psychology serves his clients well in both marketing and especially in tough negotiations. Andrew is licensed to serve clients in both Connecticut and New York.
Nick Reinke joins our team after spending 20 years working in aerospace. He was the President and CEO of Stevens Mfg Inc., a private equity held company. Nick oversaw MMA and capital and facility expansion while managing all aspects of the overall business. Nick now offers his corporate leadership background on behalf of his real estate clients. He is particularly passionate about real estate investment and development as he found his own passion for real estate after he turned a profit on one of his own properties. Nick has lived and worked in Kansas and Connecticut and in his spare time enjoys golf, travel and wine.
