Confidentiality. Discretion. Privacy.
When all of the world’s eyes are on you, the last thing you need are more people knowing about the things most important to you:
your family and home.
Our team takes the confidentiality of your transaction extremely serious, so much so in fact that members of our SEF division have had to go through extensive training in confidentiality, discretion and privacy and had to sign additional non-disclosure agreements to work in this division.
The privacy of you, your family and your transaction are of paramount importance to us.
Real estate transactions are stressful enough for everyone, but especially for those in the sports, entertainment and fashion industries. Not only do these individuals have more eyeballs on them than most, but their moves tend to be more more complex and long distance in nature, raising a whole host of other issues: taxes, education for children, lifestyle adjustments, new areas not lived in before, and so much more.
Chilton & Chadwick is committed to keeping your real estate transaction stress to a minimum through experience and a pro-active approach to managing stress points while offering concierge solutions. Not only can our partners handle your actual move, but we have a network that can give you expert advice on your children’s schooling, design your home and so much more.
No matter how many real estate transactions you have gone through or how many homes you may own, education is incredibly important when moving your family.
Our team will always advise and educate our sports, entertainment and fashion clients as to what is best for them and their family. Is it better to rent than purchase? Which neighborhood is best for privacy? Which private schools are right for your children? What is happening in the market?
We see our roles not just as your real estate agent but as your lifestyle concierge, and we will go above and beyond to make sure you know everything you need to know to make an educated decision.
