Stephen Shea

Steve Shea leads our Global Property Services (GPS) Division.

Steve’s background encompasses international banking, finance, and marketing, having previously been a corporate banker, structured finance portfolio manager, and leader of an alternative assets marketing firm. In each of these diverse roles, Steve honed his in-depth analytical approach, and this same approach is carried over to his current duties leading our Global Property Services Division.

Steve’s analysis is comprehensive when developing an in-depth understanding of each luxury global property development Chilton GPS partners with. This allows for a more complete articulation of the many attributes of each development and to assure that what the property, the development, and the host country offer are in line with the desires and expectations of each prospective vacation home buyer responding to our global marketing efforts.

Steve, a resident of Greenwich, CT, has a BSBA from Northeastern University and MBA in Finance from New York University.
