Steve Shea leads the Global Property Services (GPS) Division of Chilton & Chadwick. In this capacity he works with international sellers, developers and buyers alike.

Kathleen brings her background in fintech, asset management and design to her real estate business, where she prides herself on expert local knowledge, negotiations, marketing and white glove service.

Jason is an architect by training as well as a former executive for Zillow who now offer his varied expertise to buyers and sellers alike. Jason specializes in waterfront properties.

Chadwick Ciocci is the founder and CEO of the team, which he launched in 2016. Prior to launching the team, Chadwick developed properties in 3 states and 5 coutries.

Olivia grew up locally and focuses Fairfield County, CT. She specializes in first time buyers, sellers, renters and investors.

As a real estate agent, Holly combines her passion for design, architecture, and marketing to provide exceptional service to her clients.
